Voting on Twitch
Viewers can add movies, games, or their own text as options. Can be limited to subs/followers only.
Viewers enter their options directly in the twitch chat. The streamer sees them on the site and can choose the winner.
Vote for or against something until you get the required number of votes. There is a widget for OBS.
